Dr. Joachim Hartlik is foundation member and member of the committee of the German EIA Association. He is coordinator of the spoecial interest groups and chairman of the interest group "EIA Quality Management".
In February 2010, Dr. Hartlik was certificated by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Hanover as an EIA Expert on Infrastructure and building projects.
He is also foundation member of the Syrian Network of EIA Experts.
