The Company was founded in 1998 by Dr. Joachim Hartlik. It is independent and institutional member of the German EIA Association. In our work, focus is given to the different instruments of Environmental Impact Assessment.
Environmental Impact Assessments are mandatory instruments of the environmental policy on the strategic level of plans and programms, as part of spatial planning and within the licensing process of specific projects.
A special service of the company is quality management of complex licensing and planning processes. Especially the question, if Environmental Impact Studies are in line with the EIA Act and the more specific regulations and if the studies complies with the 'good practice" is a central concern.
Within EIA quality management, special care is taken on a transparent methodological approach and the adequacy of used tools and techniques.
