The Company

The Company was founded in 1998 by Dr. Joachim Hartlik. It is independent and institutional member of the German EIA Association. In our work, focus is given to the different instruments of Environmental Impact Assessment.

Philosophy of our work

Environmental Assessments are no instruments to forestall or stop projects, but they can identify hurdels in the consent process at an early stage which are abel to create problems for project realization. Enviornmental Assessments may enlight the dveloper concerning the ecological effects.

The Manager

Dr. Joachim Hartlik is foundation member and member of the committee of the German EIA Association. He is coordinator of the spoecial interest groups and chairman of the interest group "EIA Quality Management".

Quality Management

Quality Management is a central task carrying out EIA independend of the level of application. Despite the regulations in the EIA Act and the environmental related acts, in practice there is quite often a lack of acceptance of administrative consents.
